Zebra & RUCKUS Hardware for Businesses in Colombia
Label printers, mobile computers, scanners and enterprise networking delivered from Panama, right next door — with USD quotes, export documentation and bilingual technical support.
What Buying from Us Looks Like in Colombia
Barrdega is a dedicated Zebra Technologies reseller headquartered in Panama City, founded in 1990, with more than three decades implementing warehouse and barcode solutions across Latin America. We regularly export Zebra, RUCKUS Networks and Star Micronics hardware to Colombian businesses with full export documentation.
Colombia is also our immediate neighbor: Caribbean ports like Barranquilla and Cartagena sit a short distance from our point of origin, and Bogotá and Medellín concentrate much of the country's distribution and industry. That means you never buy blind: we work with your purchasing team and your customs agency so the import is predictable end to end — from a formal USD quote to delivery under the Incoterm you choose, with the paperwork ready for clearance through DIAN, Colombia's customs authority.
Formal USD Quotes
Every quote is issued in US dollars with exact part numbers, availability and the delivery option for Colombia. Volume and project pricing is available for Colombian resellers and integrators.
Export Documentation
We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and whatever export paperwork your customs agency requires, so nationalizing the goods moves forward without surprises or rework.
EXW, CIF or DAP Terms
You pick the Incoterm that fits your import process — EXW if your freight forwarder collects at origin, CIF if you prefer freight and insurance included to a Colombian port, or DAP to receive at your warehouse or distribution center. We coordinate the shipment under the agreed term and confirm lead times in your quote before you commit.
Genuine Product, Manufacturer Warranty
We are an authorized partner for Zebra Technologies, RUCKUS Networks, Star Micronics and Loftware/NiceLabel. Every unit is genuine product backed by the manufacturer warranty, with pre-sales advice and after-sales support in Spanish and English.
Solutions for the Sectors Driving Colombia
Colombia combines a logistics backbone linking the Bogotá high plateau, Medellín and the Caribbean ports, a retail market with fast-growing last-mile delivery, and export agro-industries — flowers, food, textiles — whose operations run on labeling. These are the sectors where we work most with Colombian customers.
Logistics Between Bogotá, Medellín & the Ports
Cargo enters through Barranquilla and Cartagena and climbs to the high plateau, where distribution centers around Bogotá and Medellín receive, store and dispatch it. For logistics operators and 3PLs we pair rugged mobile computers with our P4 Warehouse WMS for 3PL, keeping each client's inventory separate. Explore Zebra mobile computers.
Retail & Last-Mile Delivery
Colombian retail chains now compete on home delivery as much as on the sales floor: countertop scanners for fast checkout, mobile computers for omnichannel inventory, and mobile printing of waybills and proof of delivery on the route. Start with the Zebra scanner catalog or the mobile computer guide.
Textiles & Apparel
The textile and apparel industry, historically concentrated in Medellín and its metro area, marks every garment with size and composition labels, barcoded hang tags and fabric-roll marking — work for desktop and industrial printers with the right consumable. See the Zebra printer catalog or the printer selection guide.
Flower & Food Exports
Colombia is one of the world's leading exporters of fresh-cut flowers, and its food exports — coffee, fruit, refrigerated goods — travel under the same requirements: export labels with dates and traceability that survive cold rooms, humidity and airport handling. Getting the material, adhesive and ribbon right is the key. Read the label material guide or browse genuine Zebra supplies.
From Quote to Your Warehouse in Four Steps
The process for Colombia is the same one we follow across the region, described in full on our coverage and how-to-buy page — the complete reference for shipping, payment and terms.
1. Request a Quote
Send us the model or part number by WhatsApp, email or the contact form. Every product page has a quote button that carries the SKU for you. Quotes are issued in US dollars (USD).
2. Receive Your Proforma
You receive a formal proforma with pricing, availability and the delivery option for Colombia. Review it with your customs agency or foreign-trade team before confirming the order.
3. Payment
Bank transfer in USD is standard. Established customers can request credit terms. We invoice from Panama or the USA depending on what works best for your import process.
4. Shipping & Customs
We coordinate EXW, CIF or DAP terms according to your preference, prepare export documentation, and confirm lead times in your quote before you commit.
