What Buying from Us Looks Like in Mexico

Barrdega is a dedicated Zebra Technologies reseller headquartered in Panama City, founded in 1990, with more than three decades implementing warehouse and barcode solutions across Latin America. We regularly export Zebra, RUCKUS Networks and Star Micronics hardware to Mexican businesses with full export documentation.

That means you never buy blind: we work directly with your purchasing team and your customs broker so the import is predictable end to end, from a formal quote to delivery under the Incoterm you choose. Mexico is the region's largest Spanish-speaking economy, with supply chains deeply integrated with the United States under USMCA — which is why most of our Mexican customers already buy in dollars as part of their normal foreign-trade operation.

Formal USD Quotes

Every quote is issued in US dollars with exact part numbers, availability and the delivery option for Mexico. Volume and project pricing is available for Mexican resellers and integrators.

Export Documentation

We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and whatever export paperwork your customs broker requires, so clearance through Mexican customs moves forward without surprises or rework.

EXW, CIF or DAP Terms

You pick the Incoterm that fits your import process — EXW if your freight forwarder collects at origin, CIF if you prefer freight and insurance included, or DAP to receive at your plant or distribution center. We coordinate the shipment under the agreed term and confirm lead times in your quote before you commit.

Genuine Product, Manufacturer Warranty

We are an authorized partner for Zebra Technologies, RUCKUS Networks, Star Micronics and Loftware/NiceLabel. Every unit is genuine product backed by the manufacturer warranty, with pre-sales advice and after-sales support in Spanish and English.

Sectors

Solutions for the Sectors Driving Mexico

Nearshoring is shifting manufacturing and distribution to Mexico, and every new plant or distribution center needs label printing, data capture and wireless networking from day one. These are the sectors where we work most with Mexican customers.

Manufacturing & Maquiladoras

Export manufacturing plants — automotive, electronics, medical devices — depend on the compliance labeling their US customers demand: shipping labels, component traceability and pallet marking. Industrial printers like the ZT411 and ZE511 print engines for print-and-apply lines are the usual starting point. See the Zebra printer catalog or the printer selection guide.

Retail Chains

From the sales floor to the distribution center: countertop scanners for fast checkout, cordless readers for receiving, and mobile computers for cycle counts and omnichannel fulfillment. Start with the Zebra scanner catalog or the barcode scanner guide.

3PL & Logistics in CDMX, Monterrey & Guadalajara

The logistics corridors around Mexico's three largest metro areas concentrate new multi-client distribution centers. For 3PL operators we pair rugged mobile computers with our P4 Warehouse WMS for 3PL, keeping each client's inventory separate. Explore Zebra mobile computers.

Networking for New Warehouses

A warehouse without reliable Wi-Fi turns every scanner and terminal into a point of failure. RUCKUS access points and ICX switches are built for metal racking and high device density — and we configure them alongside the Zebra devices they connect. Browse the RUCKUS networking portfolio.

How to Buy

From Quote to Your Warehouse in Four Steps

The process for Mexico is the same one we follow across the region, described in full on our coverage and how-to-buy page — the complete reference for shipping, payment and terms.

1. Request a Quote

Send us the model or part number by WhatsApp, email or the contact form. Every product page has a quote button that carries the SKU for you. Quotes are issued in US dollars (USD).

2. Receive Your Proforma

You receive a formal proforma with pricing, availability and the delivery option for Mexico. Review it with your customs broker or foreign-trade team before confirming the order.

3. Payment

Bank transfer in USD is standard. Established customers can request credit terms. We invoice from Panama or the USA depending on what works best for your import process.

4. Shipping & Customs

We coordinate EXW, CIF or DAP terms according to your preference, prepare export documentation, and confirm lead times in your quote before you commit.
